SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Croache Skateboards ships Internationally

Delivery is FREE in Australia when you spend $50.00 or more.  IF under $50 there will be an additional cost of $6.24 for general postage and $12.90 for express.
New Zealand is a flat rate of $20 for Express International Shipping.  All other countries are calculated on weight and destination. Import tax and duty charges may be added by your country,  Croache are not liable for any of these charges.

If you supply an incorrect address and your parcel is sent back to us (RTS) you will be notified and you will have to pay for the parcel to be re-sent. If you are having your item posted to a business address,  the business name needs to be included on the order.

Croache delivers by standard Australia Post eParcel shipping.  You will recieve and email withing a Tracking Number upon shipment.  You can track the delivery status of your order at: http://auspost.com.au/track.. In the event that you do not recieve this email, check junk mail.

All orders require a signature on delivery. If no-one is able to sign for the package then a card will be left at the address, indicating where the parcel can be collected from.
Croache takes no responsibility for any items that may go missing If you wish to have your parcel left at an address that is not your residental address,

Croache ships SAME DAY for orders before 12:00pm EST and next business day for all others.   Australia Post eParcel standard delivery is 1-7 business days (may take longer during holiday periods).   Croache also offeres guaranteed next day delivery on express posts ordered before 12pm (Autralia only).
International deliveries can take anywhere from 3 - 8 weeks.
